Exchange Policy

Important Guidelines

• Product must be unused and packed in the original packaging.
• Clear product opening video is compulsory before handover to delivery partner.
• If a different or used/damaged product is received, exchange will be cancelled.
• Once we receive and verify the product, your exchange order will be dispatched.
• Exchange/return requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
